Description: The Balkanski Gonic is a scent hound from the Balkan peninsula of the former Yugoslavia. They have been used purely as a hunting dog for hare and fox. The Balkanski Gonic has a similarity to many east European hounds with a broad head, flat skull and triangular ears that hang close to their cheeks.
